We are excited to announce the return of our annual NYSAWA conference, July 8-9, 2025 in beautiful Saratoga Springs, NY!
This year’s conference theme is “Embracing Our Power: Together We Are Stronger” and we invite leaders in education to submit presentation proposals.
This is your chance to inspire, connect, and empower others while showcasing your unique perspective on collective strength, collaboration, and resilience.

What We’re Looking For
We invite proposals for presentations, workshops, and panel discussions that align with the theme. Topics may include but are not limited to:
- Strategies for fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Stories of resilience and overcoming challenges through collective action.
- Tools and techniques for empowering communities or organizations.
- Insights into building supportive networks.
We encourage presentations that offer practical insights, evidence-based strategies, case studies, and innovative approaches to collaboration and development. We are accepting proposals for one-hour breakout sessions. We welcome submissions from seasoned professionals, emerging leaders, and scholars alike.
